Property research institute Chusman & Wakefield Indonesia reported that upscale apartment project sold well during the first quarter of this year.
Of the total supply reached 75,000 units, the rate reached 94.1 percent of apartment sales. The figure was slightly higher than the rate of absorption in the fourth quarter-2009 which reached 94 percent.
