The government should have good planning in the revised rules on property ownership by foreigners in Indonesia. Extended use rights of property to foreigners should be followed by compensation of cross-subsidies in the property industry.Indonesia Property Watch Executive Director Ali Tranghanda in Jakarta, Sunday (9 / 5), affirmed, government should not be dictated to a large developer in the revision of Government Regulation No. 41/1996 on the ownership or the rights of Residential Dwelling for Foreigners which is headquartered in Indonesia.
